Vitremer Core Buildup is a glass ionomer system for a three-way cure in core buildup and restorative procedures. In addition to traditional light-cure and self-cure methods, Vitremer offers a unique dark-cure chemistry, which allows for bulk placement and saves time. Vitremer Core Buildup also has extended working time for easier restorative use, and is available in the following shades: A3, A3.5, A4, B2, B3, Blue, C2, C4, and Pedo. Use Vitremer Core Buildup for Class III and V restorations, root caries, pediatric Class I and II restorations, as a base/liner, as a Class II laminate, or with core buildup.
The Vitremer complete kit includes a 0.5 g powder of each shade, 2 x 8 mL liquid, 6.5 mL finishing gloss, mixing spoon, mixing pad, shade guide, delivery tips, well brush tips, and a handle.
