Ingredients: UNDECETH-3, WATER/EAU, OLEIC ACID, ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL, AMMONIUM HYDROXIDE, LAURETH-2, FRAGRANCE/PARFUM, TOLUENE-2,5-DIAMINE SULFATE, 2-METHYLRESORCINOL, DISODIUM EDTA, SODIUM SULFITE, ASCORBIC ACID, 4-AMINO-2-HYDROXYTOLUENE, SODIUM HYDROXIDE.
How to Use
- Pre-lighten the hair to desired level before applying toner
- Mix Color Charm toner with Wella Developer 20 Volume at 1:2 ratio
- Apply to towel dried hair
- Develop for up to 30 minutes
- Check frequently to see if desired results are achieved
- Style as desired
PRO TIP: Color Charm toners can be mixed to create custom shades.
If you want a shade that is in between an ash tone and a warm tone, try mixing equal parts of T-18 and T-14 with equal parts of T-11 or T-35.
